How much does shipping cost?


All of our products include Free shipping. In order for us to get the items to you as fast as possible some of the items may be shipped in separate packages without extra cost.


How long does delivery take?


Usually 2-4 weeks. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products some deliveries may take longer of up to 6 weeks for delivery

Can you provide me with a tracking number?


Yes, tracking numbers are available and will be sent to the email provided with the order. It may take up to 14 days during peak season as shipping companies may delay the shipment. Make sure to open an account so you can always keep track on your order status.


Ive entered a wrong shipping address! Can I change it?


If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it within 5 hours of the order being placed. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.


Can I cancel my order after its been placed?


It is possible to cancel in 12 hours after the order is placed. After that, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.


Invalid Reasons:

             

  1. Buyer no longer want the items - This is the most common example which Boss Styles Co does not tolerate. Buyer should make sure heo or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

  1. Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all time in that order.


Are there taxes or tariffs?


We are not responsible for any taxes or tariffs. Unfortunately we have no control over that, it all deals with the laws and regulations in your respective state or county. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order. Taxes and duties charges are different from state to state depending on your shipping address. We suggest contacting your local tax office if you are unsure of the taxes in your county or state.


Will my order come in one package?


In order for us to get the items to you as fast as possible some items may be shipped in  separate packages.


Can I get a refund if I do not get my item?


It usually takes around 2-4 weeks to arrive unless remote destination or festival season, which may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Customs checking will  also delay the delivery time, please be patient for the delivery. If the parcel does not arrive in 2 months, with tracking information or the sent receipt of the parcel provided, a refund up to 80% of the order or a replacement will be sent again under agreement.



What is the return policy?


We only accept returns if the items purchased are defective in the package. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately (within 3 days) at bosslook2@gmail.com with details/photos of the product and the defect.


We will fully examine the photos and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, weather you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, we will replace the product (Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost) or refund the 80% of its purchase price,using the original method of payment.


If the buyer orders a wrong size we are not responsible for this mistake, we ask that the buyer examines our sizing charts very carefully before placing order. Returns due to sizing issues are entitled to  50% of the purchase. If the buyer wishes for a size exchange he or she is responsible for the shipping costs and a restocking fee of 50% of the original item price.

If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for availability and pricing but we cannot guarantee that your order is eligible for expedited shipping.

What if item not received?


We have easy refund policy, if we fail to deliver item within above mentioned time we will issue you a full refund or resend a new order.


Please allow 3-5 business day for your order to process. Be sure to add this duration to your shipping time estimates.


IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after the purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customers.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
